- After submitting the request form, we will email you as soon as possible with a PDF file detailing your quotation. Please check your email and spam folders for the quotation.
- Orders under $100 for USA customers may be charged a minimum order fee.
We quote in USD for all USA and international customers and CAD for Canadian customers. Quotations are valid for 30 days and require the quotation number when ordering.
We can accept MasterCard, Visa or wire-transfer payments. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and sent within 3 business days*. We will let you know when you can expect your order. We monitor shipments to ensure prompt delivery.
*Orders during peak season (February – May) are sent first come, first served and may experience longer processing times due to volume.
*Custom-manufactured products and out-of stock items may experience longer processing times.
Orders will be sent via ground courier to your destination in Canada and the USA. We also use Canada Post for Canadian orders when we are able.
We have a long standing relationship with UPS in North America and use them as our preferred carrier. They understand our business and the nature of our semiochemicals and are able to handle dangerous goods when necessary.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your shipment to arrive. If you need your shipment quickly, ask about the cost of air shipments.
Customers wanting to use their own courier will be charged a document and handling fee due to the extra paperwork that we prepare for your shipment.

Most of our products are not charged duty when crossing the border into the USA. However, orders are subject to a customs brokerage fee and will be added to your shipping costs. Orders under $100 may be charged a minimum order fee.

Please note that the US Customs and Border Protection agency requires your TIN, EIN or FEIN before they will clear your shipment for entry into the US. If you are a new customer, please supply this number upon placing your order. You will only need to give it to us once.
International orders are sent via air and will require extra processing time and surcharges. Synergy Semiochemicals will provide you a quotation for the cost of the items and the shipping fees. We use international couriers such as FedEx or UPS for our shipments.

Many of our products may be unknown to your customs agents. We highly recommended that you contact a customs broker in your country to facilitate entry.
Customs fees, duties and taxes are costs that may be charged by your government to import these products into your country. You will be required to pay any fees to your customs broker as well as fees they charge for their service.
Our shipping staff are fully certified to assess and ship your Dangerous Goods orders.
Some of our products are considered Dangerous Goods by regulation because they are flammable liquids.
We can ship most quantities of Dangerous Goods by ground within the USA and Canada by using a limited quantity exemption.
International shipments and shipments to Alaska and Hawai’i must go by air and these shipments are regulated by IATA. Dangerous Goods shipments by air are generally more expensive and can take longer than normal to deliver.
When ordering Dangerous Goods products we will advise you about any additional shipping costs.
Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns of lures, repellents or traps due to the perishable nature of our lures and repellents. We take great care in ensuring that you are receiving the right product for your application. All of our products are quality controlled. If there is any damage from the courier shipping, we will gladly replace the products or credit your account.
